KFC-Style Chicken

We live in Switzerland and as such, I have become quite creative in developing recipes for food that we cannot get here. And sure enough, one of it is KFC. I have now finally found a recipe close enough to the real thing, but without frying! Yup, a healthy alternative to the good ol' fried chicken. 

Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken
400g vanilla yogurt
1.5 cups plain flour
2 tbs salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs garlic powder
2 tsp parsley powder
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp oil for basting

Method:
1. Marinate chicken with yogurt for about an hour.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together. 

3. Cover chicken with dry ingredients, brush a bit of oil on each side and return to dry ingredients. Place chicken on baking paper (repeat for the rest). 

4. Bake at 225C for 1 hour 20 mins.
