Ingredients (for 4 patties):
350g ground beef (I choose lean beef 5% fat)
2 slices of white bread, cut into 1X1cm cubes
3 tbs milk
4 cloves garlic
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
1. Soak the bread cubes with milk for a few minutes, then knead all the ingredients together.
2. Weigh the ground beef mix and divide into 4 equal portions. Usually it will be around 150g each.
3. Pat and shape the individual portions into a patty and let sit for at least 30 mins. You can prepare these overnight and store on fridge.
4. Grill the patties and serve with a burger bun and your favorite toppings.
