Chocolate Ganache

This one is easy peasy. Just make sure you man the stove.


Ingredients:
120 grams chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp butter

Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just below melting point.
2. Add heavy cream to the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 min.
3. Stir and add butter. 
4. Done and use immediately.
