Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy.
4. Mix in yogurt.
5. Add all dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Do not over mix.
6. Pour in loaf pan and bake for about 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
